Supported by Faedah Solutions’ vast experience, it seamlessly integrates with your existing Cognex Scanner infrastructure and other industry standard scanners for reading of 1D / 2D barcodes and/or vision systems to read date codes.
Automated Validation & Halting
The system operates through an HMI terminal set up on the production line, connected to the necessary barcode scanners or vision systems. The HMI houses an internal database containing product configurations. When operators choose the product they’re working on via the touchscreen, the requisite barcode data is relayed to the designated scanner or vision system.
Additionally, Check Sure® Autocoding Scanning offers the functionality to sound an alarm or even halt the production line if an incorrect barcode is detected, ensuring production managers are promptly alerted about any packaging discrepancies. This proactive approach ensures every package is verified in-line and reduces errors and wasteage.
